A passionate advocate for the music community, Al has over 15 years of experience in the industry, working as a songwriter, artist manager, event curator, educator, and community radio host with organisations including Applejack Music (Liz Stringer, The Teskey Brothers), Music Victoria, Sofar Sounds, and APRA AMCOS’ SongMakers program.
In her current role within the Education and Outreach team, Al educates members and the wider industry about APRA AMCOS, all aspects of membership, and how creators can maximise their rights and royalties. She also delivers professional development through webinars, panels, and industry events, building knowledge and connections across the music community. Outside of music, she loves film photography, dancing, and swimming in the ocean.
